What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is primarily by PayPal You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Please note any payments made by eCheque through PayPal will only be delivered when the funds have cleared.

Please ensure that the address listed with your PayPal account is the correct mailing address for you. Email us with full details if there are any changes as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How do I order?

To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. Your order will then begin processing.

What currency do you use?

We are based in the UK so all our prices are in Pounds Sterling. If you wish to know the prices in your local currency please use a currency converter such as XE.com

Can I use more than one promotion code?

Some codes can only be used once and you can usually only use one code during the same transaction.

Can I use a promotion code after I have ordered?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if a promotion code was not originally applied at checkout.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Yes, if the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We certainly do! SwankyGifts happily ships worldwide. Postage & packing charges for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout depending on your country and the size and weight of your order.

Are there customs charges?


Please note, any import duties or customs charges are levied once they reach your country and you are liable to pay any fees incurred. SwankyGifts has no control over this, nor can we predict what they may be. For more information please contact your local customs office.
